Terms of Service
Last updated: May 31, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the VoltTest platform, website, and services (collectively, the "Service") operated by VoltTest ("we", "us", or "our").
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Description of Service
VoltTest is a cloud-based performance and load testing platform that allows users to write, run, and analyze load tests against their own applications and infrastructure. The Service supports configurable virtual user counts, test durations, and multi-region deployments.
2. Payments & Billing
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns and refunds. All payment data is processed securely by Paddle — we do not store your credit card or payment details.
Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual subscription basis. Usage is measured in VU-hours (virtual-user hours). Overage charges, if applicable to your plan, are billed at the rate specified on our pricing page.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You may only use VoltTest to test systems and infrastructure that you own or have explicit authorization to test. You agree not to:
- Use the Service to perform unauthorized load testing against third-party systems
- Attempt to disrupt, overload, or conduct denial-of-service attacks against any system
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
- Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Service without our written consent
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of applicable laws
5. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its source code, design, and documentation, is owned by VoltTest and protected by intellectual property laws. Your test scripts, configurations, and results remain your property.
6. Service Availability & Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VoltTest shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any reason with reasonable notice. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon cancellation, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
9. Changes to Service, Pricing & Plans
We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, including but not limited to features, pricing, plan limits, usage quotas, and billing terms. Changes to pricing or plan structure will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes via email or an in-app notification.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
